Activision Blizzard's MBA summer Internship is a highly selective summer program mirroring what it’s like to work at the company as a full-time employee. We provide an unparalleled experience with opportunities to contribute to the success of the company through a series of challenging projects, programmatic events, and networking opportunities. 
What will you do? As a summer intern, you will be fully embedded with one of our business critical teams over the course of 10-weeks. Past teams who have hosted summer interns include Call of Duty Endowment, Consumer Products, Digital Commerce, ESports, FP&A, Player Science, Product Marketing, and Studio Operations. Working with your manager, you will set robust, measurable goals that provide a solid roadmap for the summer depending on what area of the business you choose to go into.
What will you get? Build your knowledge base with trainings designed to provide a deep dive into new products/service delivery methods, corporate strategy, game development processes.
Additionally, the program and company have many development courses that you can take advantage of, including an in depth orientation, networking opportunities, speaker series, coffee chats, Game Dev 101, leadership panels, support from our University Relations team, and more. 
The Details
  • First year MBA students with 3+ years of previous work experience are eligible to participate.
  • The internship is a 10-week program: June 15th - August 20th
  • Located at Activision Blizzard's Headquarters in Santa Monica, CA. We provide a stipend to assist with housing costs over the summer.

CAREER PROGRESSION Summer Interns are considered for an expedited recruitment process into our Rotational Program at the conclusion of the internship. The Rotational Program is a 2 year exclusive accelerated development program. Participants rotate every eight months, ultimately spending time on three different teams across Activision Blizzard, Activision, Blizzard Entertainment, and King Digital Entertainment.
